HORIZON does not take up any parking space.

The solar folding roof covers the entire parking area including the lanes and uses it for solar power generation. This is made possible by the special lightweight construction, which allows large distances between the supports.

The solar panels hover at a great height, the distances between the slender supports are wide. This keeps traffic routes clear - even for large vehicles.
Snow clearing can also be carried out with a large plough or snow blowers without restrictions.

E-mobile and power-to-X compatible.

With HORIZON, your parking area becomes a “charge & fuel hub”. Electric cars and electric busses are charged at their own charging stations, while battery-powered trucks refuel on site under the solar folding roof. It’s good that the solar folding roof brings the charging infrastructure with it. This saves costs because there are no additional supply lines.

Produces winter solar power.

A weather algorithm takes over fully automatic operation and protects HORIZON from storms, hail and snowfall by retracting it into a protected position.

In snowy regions, electricity can thus also be produced in winter, because the modules remain free of snow and are extended again with the first rays of sunshine.

Ein Wetter-Algorithmus übernimmt den vollautomatischen Betrieb und schützt HORIZON vor Sturm, Hagel und Schneefall indem es in eine sichere Position fährt.
In schneereichen Regionen wird auch im Winter Strom produziert, denn die Module bleiben schneefrei und werden mit den ersten Sonnenstrahlen wieder ausgefahren.

The shade under HORIZON reduces the heating of vehicles in summer. This increases the comfort of the car park users and reduces the air conditioning of the cars. In cities, this reduces the heat island effect.
