Gian Andri Diem has been working in the energy industry for almost 20 years and started out in energy trading after graduating in business administration from the University of St. Gallen. He held various positions at energy supply companies and was responsible for projects in the areas of trading, sales, grid and production both in Switzerland and abroad. His focus was on the development of new products and services, the establishment of new business models and the development of innovations. He has been an entrepreneur himself since 2012 and co-founded dhp technology AG in 2015, which he has managed as Managing Partner ever since. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of an energy supply company. Born in Zurich, he has roots in Graubünden and also lived here for many years. He now lives with his family in central Switzerland.

Lars Färber has a technical background and studied for an MBA in management at the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden. He has held various management positions in the supply chain area in international companies. In his last position, he mastered electronics procurement through the semiconductor crisis. He passed on his many years of management experience to students as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden for four years. In March 2023, he took over as Head of Supply Chain for Production, Logistics and Purchasing at dhp technology. Since February 2024, he has also managed the Construction & Service division. Lars Färber has been a successful top-class sportsman for over 20 years. He lives with his family in his home canton of Graubünden.

Peter Kasper studied industrial and production engineering at ETH Zurich. He has many years of project management and leadership experience in the technical, logistical and financial fields and has held various positions in the region. He has managed numerous interdisciplinary projects in an international environment. He joined dhp technology as Head of Product & Technology at the beginning of 2022, realigned the division and built up the current organisation. Since October 2023, he is responsible for Innovation & Change and, in this role, is driving the company's development to meet future challenges. A native of Prättigau (Grisons), he lives with his family in the Bündner Herrschaft region.

Simon Kaufmann worked in the energy industry for several years, where he was responsible for and supported projects along the entire value chain in Switzerland and Germany. Most recently, he worked for over seven years in product management in an international environment. His focus was on the further development and introduction of business models, product and service development and team building. He has been back in the energy industry as Head of Product and Development and a member of the Executive Board at dhp technology since October 2023. He holds a Master's degree in Technology Management from the University of St. Gallen and a MAS in Energy Management. Simon Kaufmann lives with his family in the canton of Graubünden.

Carmen Scheuber studied Contemporary History & Media and Communication Studies at the University of Fribourg and graduated with a Bachelor's degree. She moved to the University of Basel for the Master's programme in European Studies. After graduating, Carmen Scheuber worked as a marketing employee at a start-up, among other things. In autumn 2019, Carmen Scheuber joined dhp as a project manager in sales. She has been responsible for the entire Market division since January 2021. Born in Nidwalden, she lives with her partner in Buchs SG.

Reto Simmen

Reto Simmen studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and has over 30 years of professional experience in the financial sector. In the early years of his career, he held various positions in retail banking and management consulting. He then worked as a founding partner of an investment bank as a financial analyst. After further training in finance and accounting, he moved to Edisun Power Europe, a listed Swiss solar power producer, where he spent seven years as CFO.

After a stint as CFO of a tourism company, he joined dhp as Head of Finance at the beginning of 2024. Reto Simmen grew up in Bad Ragaz and now lives there again with his family.
